The Global Node contains instructions that are shared across all nodes where Add Global Prompt is turned on. Instead of repeating the same instructions in every node, you write them once here and they apply everywhere.
Every agent has exactly one Global Node. You cannot delete it or add more than one.

What to put in the Global Node

Use the Global Node for things that should be consistent throughout the entire call:
  • Tone and personality — how the agent should sound (friendly, professional, concise)
  • Company information — company name, product name, contact details
  • Language instructions — stick to Hindi, mix English only for technical terms, etc.
  • Fallback behaviour — what to do if the user goes off-topic or asks something unrelated
  • Boundaries — what the agent should never say or do
Example:

Prompt The shared instructions written here are injected into every node that has Add Global Prompt turned on.
Keep the Global Node focused on behaviour rules and context. The specific conversation steps belong in the individual Agent Nodes.
