Follow-up calls are shown here only if the agent handling the original call has a Follow-up Node configured. Without it, no follow-ups are scheduled and this page will be empty. See Follow-up Node for how to set up the node and define the follow-up goal.

What You See Here

After every call, the Follow-up Node reads the transcript and decides whether to schedule a follow-up. All scheduled, completed, and failed follow-up calls appear here. Each row shows:
  • Contact — the phone number that was called
  • Agent — the agent that handled the original call
  • Scheduled At — when the follow-up call is set to go out
  • Status — whether the follow-up is pending, completed, or failed
  • Attempt — which follow-up attempt this is (1st, 2nd, and so on)
You can use this page to monitor which contacts are in the follow-up cycle and how far along they are.

How Follow-ups Work

  1. A call ends → the Follow-up Node reads the full transcript
  2. AI evaluates the transcript against the Follow-up Goal you defined in the node
  3. If a follow-up is needed → a call is scheduled within the Default Delay window
  4. The follow-up call goes through the same agent
  5. After the follow-up call ends, the process repeats until the Max Follow-up Calls limit is reached or the contact converts
If the contact does not answer, the system retries up to Max Retries (No Answer) times with a Retry Delay between attempts — these retries do not count against the Max Follow-up Calls limit. All of this happens automatically. No manual action is needed once the node is configured.
