How it works

Create your agent
Go to Agents → click New Agent. Give it a name and write a simple prompt describing how it should talk. Example: “You are Priya, calling to remind the customer about their EMI due tomorrow.”

Choose voice & language
Pick a voice (male/female) and language. Voicerix supports multiple languages out of the box.

Connect your phone number
Go to Integrations → connect your telephony number. This is the number your agent will call from or receive calls on.

Test your agent
Click Test in Browser to talk to your agent directly — no phone needed. When you’re happy, move to real calls.

Launch calls
For outbound: upload a contact list and start a Campaign. For inbound: set your phone number to route to the agent — it handles calls automatically.
What you need
- A Voicerix account
- A telephony number (Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo, etc.) for real calls
You can test your agent in the browser for free without a phone number. A telephony connection is only needed when you want real outbound or inbound calls.
